Refund Policy

Fisher Property Management provides property management, leasing, and related real estate services. Because we offer services rather than physical products, we do not accept returns. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for our services.

Application Fees

Rental application fees are non-refundable once an application has been submitted, as these fees cover the cost of screening, background checks, and credit reports, regardless of the outcome of the application.

Service Fees and Payments

Payments for completed services, including management fees, leasing fees, and maintenance coordination fees, are non-refundable once the service has been performed. If you were charged in error or billed an incorrect amount, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review and correct any billing errors promptly.

Prepaid Services

If you have prepaid for services that have not yet been performed and you cancel in accordance with your management agreement, any unused prepaid amounts will be refunded within 14 business days, less any costs already incurred on your behalf.

Cancellation of Services

Property management agreements may be cancelled according to the terms outlined in your signed agreement, including any required notice period. Please refer to your agreement for specific cancellation terms, or contact us with questions.

Security Deposits

Security deposits are not refunds and are governed by the terms of your lease agreement and applicable Arkansas law. Deposit returns are processed in accordance with those terms after move-out.

Disputes and Concerns

If you are not satisfied with a service we have provided, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly.
